The project involves the construction of 2 buildings known as Block A and Block B over a common basement carpark.

Block A consists of basement level carpark, lower ground floor carpark and back of house services areas, Ground Floor, three levels housing Residential Aged Care rooms and 2 levels of independent living units.

Block B will house a childcare centre and independent living units on lower ground floor and 5 additional floors of independent living units

All Seasons Air is currently involved in the design and construct of mechanical services both buildings consisting ventilation systems for the basement carpark, bathroom and kitchen.

This building will also be fit out with a Building Management system and air-conditioned with full Heat recovery system that compromises of 160 indoor units including all refrigerant piping, condensate drains, electrical wiring, and controls
