All Seasons Air was successfully awarded the Design and Construct of Mechanical services of the new residence consisting of 87 contemporary 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

The project includes car park ventilation, 2 level basement ventilation, air conditioning and other ventilation systems for kitchens and bathrooms. We provided the additional service of fire rating our ductwork using a Vermiculite Fire Spray.
