All Seasons Air was involved in the Design and Installation of Mechanical services for this new residence consisting of 100 contemporary 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The collection of 100 apartments is arranged between two low-rise apartment buildings.

Our works include 3 level car-park ventilation, stair pressurisation system, Air-Conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems for bathrooms and kitchens. The Air conditioning in COMO apartments includes Eighty-Two reverse cycle inverter driven Hi-Wall split air conditioning units comprising indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, electrical wiring, controls
