Bay Pavillions

Nestled between beautiful Burns Bay and Lane Cove River, your peninsula home is prized for its exclusive and convenient waterfront surrounds where stately mansions command some of the most enviable views in Sydney.

The development is a “green field” site with 5 new apartments building with 3 levels of underground carpark.

All Seasons Air was involved in the design and construction of mechanical services ventilation for all 3 carparks, kitchens, bathrooms, garbage rooms, and pump rooms. The air conditioning system chosen for this project are bulkhead type fan coil units which are located within each apartment and connected via refrigerant pipes to an outdoor reverse cycle condensing unit.
