Metropolitan Residences

All Seasons Air was successfully awarded the Design and Construct of Mechanical services of the new residence consisting of 125 contemporary 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The collection of levels includes two Retail levels and 11 residential apartment levels.

The project includes car park ventilation, air conditioning and other ventilation systems for kitchens and bathrooms. We provided the additional service of fire rating our ductwork using a Vermiculite Fire Spray.
