The Royce is a two-stage project consisting of four towers over a common basement and Ground floor.  Featuring a mixture of Independent Living Apartments, Residential Aged Care Rooms, dementia care wing plus restaurants, cafes, salons and theatre. The Royce is set to have a total of 128 Aged care rooms and 133 Independent living Apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms.

Our works include the Air-conditioning for the entire building, Mechanical ventilation for basement carpark, Commercial kitchen and Laundry exhaust systems. Each apartment will be fit-out with Air conditioning and exhaust ventilation systems. This building will also be fit out with a Building Management system and full Heat recovery system with over 348 indoor units.
